These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and use of services provided by Silent Rhythm. By booking or participating in any Silent Rhythm experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Silent Rhythm offers wellness-based experiences including but not limited to silent disco, meditation, somatic yoga, breathwork, Tai Chi, and forest bathing, all delivered through wireless Bluetooth headsets in outdoor and/or indoor settings.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 7 days before the event date.
Custom quotes are provided for corporate events, schools, retreats, and private gatherings.
Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Cancellations within 1 day are non-refundable unless due to extreme weather or force majeure.
In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule where possible.
All participants must follow the instructions of facilitators for safety and group harmony.
You agree to inform facilitators of any medical conditions or limitations prior to participation.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Please consult a medical professional if you have concerns about engaging in physical or meditative practices.
Headsets and any equipment provided by Silent Rhythm must be treated with care.
Participants are responsible for returning equipment in good condition.
Damaged or lost headsets may incur a replacement fee.
We may occasionally photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. You will be informed beforehand and can opt out by notifying us.
By attending, you consent to the use of such media unless stated otherwise in writing.
Silent Rhythm is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during an event unless caused by gross negligence. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings will only be used for communication and coordination of our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Silent Rhythm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email.
